Bib numbers will be distributed at Sports Centre in Grindelwald, BF at the following times: > Tuesday, 13 July 2027, 14:00 - 19:00 E250 > Friday 16 July 2027, 09:00 - 19:00 E101, E51, E35, E16, Trail Surprise & Kids Race > Saturday 17 July 2027 06:00 - 08:45 E16 06.00 - 07.00 E51 06.15 bis 07.45 Uhr für die Strecke E35 ONLY in Burglauenen Attention E35 Competitors: Bib numbers are valid as a train ticket from Grindelwald to the race Start in Burglauenen on 18 July 2026. Competitors choosing to pick up their bib number in Burglauenen on race day will forego this offer. If mandatory equipment is not on hand at the control in Burglauenen, there is no possibility to purchase equipment on site. Each athlete must collect their race bib in person. All E101 participants are required to pick up their race bibs by Friday, 17 July 2026, 19:00 at the latest. An ID with photo and the QR code, which every runner receives by e-mail a few days before the event, must be presented at the bib number distribution. At the Bib number distribution each competitor will receive: > Bib number The bib number must be worn on the chest or stomach. It must be visible during the entire race. The bib number allows entry to the Refreshment Zones, Medical and Rest Zones, as well as to the Drop Bag and Baggage Depot area, wardrobe and showers. It also serves as a ticket for the transport facilities in the event of race withdrawal and for transport of E35 participants from Grindelwald to the E35 start in Burglauenen. The bib number comes with a disposable chip to measure your time and does not have to be handed in at the end. > GPS-Tracker for E101 and E250 Competitors only All runners in the races E101 and E250 are issued with a GPS tracker along with their bib number. The GPS tracker must be worn as instructed throughout the race. It is handed back at the end of the race. Runners will be charged CHF 90.00 if they do not return their GPS tracker! > Drop bag (contains 35l) for E101 and E35 E101 participants may store spare clothing, shoes and other personal items in a drop bag. Drop bags must be handed in on Saturday between 03:30 and 04:00 next to the start arch. The bags will then be transported by the organizer to the aid station in Burglauenen (approximately halfway along the E101 course) and later returned to the finish area. The first bags can be collected on Saturday from around 16:00 upon presentation of the race bib at the baggage storage area, lower level of the sports center. Runners of the E35 course will receive a drop bag for clothing, shoes and other personal items. The bag will be transported from the start area in Burglauenen to the finish area and can be collected after finishing the race upon presentation of the race bib at the baggage storage area, lower level of the sports center.
